Who don’t like onion rings if it crispy and home made. Here is the easy way to do that. Hope you all try this and have a nice time
Ingredients
Onion – 1
All purpose flour/ Maida – 5tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/8 tsp
Baking soda – 1/8 tsp
Yoghurt / Curd / Milk – 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Method
1. Peel and cut the onion into 1cm circles and seperate them into rings.
2. Combine all the other ingredients together and add little water and make a smooth batter (as like bhajii batter).
3. Heat enough oil in a frying pan (medium heat), dip each onion rings in the batter and them roll it into the bread crumbs and put it into the oil. Fry until slight brown and crispy. Drain it from oil and place in a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
4. Serve hot and ENJOY
Note: Don’t overheat the oil, do it on medium heat. If you dont want bread crumbs you can skip that and just dip in the batter and fry. I like bread crumbs because it makes the onion rings crispy and stay crispy.

Paprika is mexican red chilly powder. You can also use red chilly powder instead.
