Broccoflower Masala

Broccoflower is the cross vegetable between broccolli and cauliflower. This looks like cauliflower with lime green color. It taste more like cauliflower than broccolli, but it has a mild sweet flavor. If let growing this plant , the vegetable will turn into white like cauliflower. When I saw this vegetable in the store, I was so attracted by its color , it looks like a green cauliflower to me. You can try this recipe with cauliflower, I just want to experiment this vegetable so tried with broccoflower.
