I love to eat baby carrots as raw. Mostly I use this baby carrots in soup. But this time I just fried the baby carrots and it was nice.
Ingredients
Baby Carrots – 15
Minced garlic – 1 pod
Fennel – 1/4 tsp
CuminĀ – 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt
cilantro
Method
Heat little oil in a wok and add the fennel and cumin seeds , minced garlic. Slightly fry it and add the carrots. (you can microwave the carrot for few minutes . If your are not using microwave add some water to the carrot to cook). Once the carrots are cooked well add enough salt and garnish with cilantro.
