This Macaroon is so simple to prepare without much work . This is from Eagle brand Chocolate cookbook. My picture is little dark, because I took it at night.
Ingredients
Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1can 14ounce
Vanilla extract – 2tsps
Almond extract – 1 1/2 tsp
Flaked coconut – 51/3 cups
Kisses Chocolate(unwrapped) – 48
Method
1. In a bowl mix condensed milk, vanilla and almond extract. Stir in coconut. Line baking sheet with foil; grease and flour the foil. Drop small rounds by a teaspoon and flatten it slightly with the spoon.
2. Preheat oven to 325 degree. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. (Check after 10 minutes.) Remove from the oven and immediately press the candy kisses. Let it cool for sometimes and store in jars at room temperature.
This is my entry to JFI for Coconut hosted by Ashwini of Food for the thought. Thanks Ashwini.

Macaroon Kisses! What a nice twist…I do make Macaroons at home but never added chocolate to it. Chocolate is making it look very pretty and festive.
Wish you a very Happy New Year 2007
Love, Nidhi.
