Brocolli Fritters/ Brocolli Pakoda

Ingredients
Brocolli- 1/2 pound
Chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp
pepper powder – a pinch
onion – 1 chopped
cilantro chopped
Channa dal flour/Kadalai mavu- 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method
1.Cut the Brocolli floretts one inch with the step. Wash it and drain the water and in a microwave bowl add some water and cook it for 4 to 5 mins. (time may vary depending on your microwave oven)

2.Now chopped the cooked floretts into small pieces and chilly powder, chopped onion, pepper powder, Channa flour, corn flour,cilantro and salt and mix everything together into ca crumble mixture. (If u need water add a little else there is no need)

3. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the mixture until it is crispy and brown.Serve hot. Great evening snack for a cool weather and also goes well with any kind of rice.
