Stuffed Bittergourd

 

Ingredients
Bittergourd – 2
Onion – 1 big
Tomatoes -2 medium size
Green chillies -2
Turmeric – 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste – 1/2 tbsp
Cilantro
Salt
Oil

Method
1.Wash and pressure cook the bittergourd. Leave one whistle and remove it from fire.
Don’t over cook it.

2.Heat oil in a pan add the Chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies. when the onion become transculent add the chopped tomato and turmeric powder and tamarind paste. Add salt and finally the chopped cilantro. Remove the innercore from the cooked bittergourd and if it is tender add it to the masala. Adding the seeds to the masala gives a good taste. And mix everything together and remove it from fire.

3. Now you have already remove the inside of the bittergourd now stuffed it with masala and in a flat pan add some oil and fry the stuffed bittergourd until it becomes soft. Fry until you get the good brown color. Don’t burn it and make it black.
